The hotel was fairly clean with marvellous location in the marked off area next to the handicap spot that was next to me and wonderful rooms. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a microwave, a mini fridge, the front desk at checkout as expected. Location: the venue was not far from Bloomington as well as Lincoln.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spacious with central heating, and there was a safe and cable TV with on-demand movies; the location is super convenient, being near a fantastic local restaurant and close to downtown.

I had a really good stay for the holidays. The staff was knowledgeable. The room was newly decorated with a mini fridge and a microwave. The location was particularly good. It is near Springfield and Bloomington. I greatly enjoyed this place.

Although the location of this hotel in Lincoln, IL seems convenient with a nearby handicap spot and friendly service, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room had no water and the heater was broken, leaving me freezing cold. The staff failed to notify me about the water issue or offer any solutions. Additionally, the unflushed toilets created an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. The advertised pool was inaccessible without permission, which seemed odd.
